Sie den unteren Sicherungsring

und führen so die vollständig
geöffnete Position herbei.
Schrauben Sie anschließend zu
und sichern Sie am Ventilkörper
(Abb. 2 Pos. C). Das Handrad
führt jetzt die Regelung aus.

Sie den Kopf (Abb. 3 Pos.
C) am Ventilkörper ein. Zur
Erleichterung der Vorgänge der
Montage, des Füllens und des
Entlüftens der Anlage auch beim
Ausfall der Stromversorgung
wird der thermostatische
Kopf in geöffneter Position
geliefert. Bei der erstmaligen
elektrischen Speisung öffnet
sich der Kopf vollständig und
stellt sich bei Wegnahme
der Stromversorgung dann
in die Position vollständiger
“Schließung”. Der auf dem
oberen Ventilschieber sichtbare
blaue Farbbereich bezeichnet
den Zustand “offen” (Abb. 3
Pos. D).
N.B.: Verwenden Sie für die
Montage des Kopfes keine

Dual micrometric adjustment
The lockshield is equipped with
dual micrometric adjustment with
position memory in the event of
momentary closure. Proceed as
follows to correctly adjust and
balance the circuit:
1) Use a screwdriver to unscrew
and remove the slotted grub
screw inside the hexagonal
slot
2) Close the adjustment screw
using a 5 mm Allen key
3) Re-tighten the slotted grub
screw all the way.
4) Align the screwdriver with
the „x”. Then open using the
number of turns indicated in
the diagram (ATTENTION the
number of turns ADJ refers
to the number of turns of the
micrometric grub screw).
Then open the adjustment
screw all the way using the
Allen key. The adjustment has
been set and will not change
in the event of repeated
opening and closing with the
Allen key.
ATTENTION: The number of

Doppelte mikrometrische
Einstellung
Das Ausgleichsventil
verfügt über eine doppelte
mikrometrische Einstellung mit
Positionsspeicherung für den
Fall einer vorübergehenden
Schließung. Für eine
einwandfreie Einstellung und
Ausgleichung des Kreislaufs wie
folgt vorgehen:
1) Mit einem Schraubenzieher
den Sechskant-
Schlitzstift ausdrehen und
herausziehen.
2) Die Einstellschraube mit
einem 5 mm Steckschlüssel
schließen.
3) Den Sechskant-Schlitzstift
wieder bis zum Anschlag
eindrehen.
4) Den Schraubenzieher auf
den „x” ausrichten. Danach
dem Diagramm gemäß eine
Anzahl Umdrehungen öffnen
(ACHTUNG, die Anzahl
Umdrehungen ADJ bezieht
sich auf die Umdrehungen
des mikrometrischen Stifts).
Danach die Einstellschraube
bis zum Anschlag öffnen. Die
Einstellung ist eingegeben
und ändert bei wiederholtem
Öffnen und Schließen mit
dem Steckschlüssel nicht.
ACHTUNG! Die Anzahl
Umdrehungen bezieht sich
auf den Mikrometerstift!
Öffnen Sie anschließend die
Schraube bis zum Anschlag
(Abb. 4 Pos. D). Die Vorregelung
ist jetzt voreingestellt und ändert
sich nicht beim wiederholten
Öffnen und Schließen mit dem
Sechskantschlüssel.

regulação micrométrica dupla
com memória de posição em
caso de fecho momentâneo.
Para uma regulação correcta
e para equilibrar o circuito é
necessário proceder do modo
seguinte:
1) Com uma chave de fendas,
desapertar e extrair o
troço com fenda presente
no interior da cavidade
hexagonal
2) Fechar o parafuso de
regulação utilizando uma
chave sextavada de 5 mm
3) Reapertar o troço com fenda
até encostar.
4) Alinhar a chave de fendas
com o „x”. Depois, abrir com
o número de voltas indicado
no diagrama (ATENÇÃO o
número de voltas ADJ refere-
se ao número de voltas do
troço micrométrico).
Depois, abrir o parafuso
de regulação com a chave
sextavada até encostar. A
regulação foi configurada
e não mudará em caso de
aberturas e fechos repetidos
com a chave sextavada.

Depois, abrir o parafuso até
