OCCUPATO
CHIAMATA CON CODICE AL POSTO INTERNO
Per chiamare un posto interno, è necessario digitare il codice di
chiamata ad esso relativo seguito dal tasto (gura b, c, d).
I codici di chiamata possono essere composti da 1 a 8 cifre.
Qualora venga digitato un codice errato o
inesistente comparirà sul display la relativa
nestra di errore (gura e).
La comparsa sul display
del simbolo “CHIAMA-
TA” (gura f) e l’accen-
sione del relativo led (
) segnala l’invio al posto
interno selezionato della
richiesta di conversazio-
ne.
Qualora predisposto,
il posto esterno emetterà
anche il messaggio voca-
le dedicato.
Se l’utente chiamato è occupato in un’altra conversazione (gura g) oppure non desidera es-
sere disturbato (gura h) oppure è assente (gura i) compariranno sul display le opportune
segnalazioni e successivamente si ritornerà alla videata iniziale (gura a).
La comparsa sul display del simbolo “CONVERSAZIONE” (gura j) e l’accensione del relativo
led ( ) segnala che l’utente chiamato ha risposto ed è in conversazione.
A questo punto, se l’utente chiamato aziona l’elettroserratura, sul display comparirà il simbolo
di “PORTA APERTA” (gura k) con l’accensione del relativo led ( ).
Se il posto esterno è stato predisposto, l’apertura della porta viene accompagnata da un mes-
saggio vocale dedicato.
Al termine della conversazione verrà nuovamente visualizzata la nestra iniziale (gura l).
In ogni videata in cui compare il simbolo ESC premendo il tasto relativo, si tornerà alla nestra
iniziale, interrompendo l’azione in corso.

CHIAMATA CON RICERCA NOMI/BLOCCHI
Qualora non si conosca il nome dell’utente c’è la possibilità tramite
la schermata principale (gura a) o tramite la pressione del tasto
funzione contrassegnato con la (gura b) di fare una ricerca:
- alfabetica ascendente (dalla A alla Z) premendo il tasto A Z,
- alfabetica discendente (dalla Z alla A) premendo il tasto Z A,
- libera alfabetica premendo il tasto ABC,
- per blocco premendo il tasto .
Ricerca ascendente (dalla A alla Z)
Dalla videata “RICERCA UTENTI” premendo il tasto A Z (gura c)
si entra nella schermata di visualizzazione dei nomi in modo ascen-
dente. Una volta scelto l’utente (evidenziato in “negativo”), utiliz-
zando le frecce , premere il tasto per eettuare la chiamata
(gura d).
Per uscire senza eettuare nessuna chiamata premere ESC.
Ricerca discendente (dalla Z alla A)
Dalla videata “RICERCA UTENTI” premendo il tasto Z A (gura e)
si entra nella schermata di visualizzazione dei nomi in modo di-
scendente. Una volta scelto l’utente (evidenziato in “negativo”), uti-
lizzando le frecce , premere il tasto per eettuare la chiamata.
Per uscire senza eettuare nessuna chiamata premere ESC.
Ricerca Libera
Dalla videata “RICERCA UTENTI” premendo il tasto ABC (gura g) si entra nella schermata di scelta utenti. Inserendo in
sequenza le lettere iniziali del nome desiderato (gura h, i), sullo schermo comparirà la lista a partire dalla referenza più
vicina. È possibile cancellare uno o più caratteri a partire dall’ultimo carattere premendo il tasto . Per uscire senza eet-
tuare nessuna chiamata premere ESC.
Una volta selezionato l’utente desiderato (evidenziato in “negativo”) premere il tasto per eettuare la chiamata (gura j).
Da questo punto in poi procedere come descritto nella pagina accanto.
y Le funzioni di ricerca sono utilizzabili solo se il posto esterno è stato programmato per la visualizzazione dei nomi
degli utenti.

Chiamata Con Ricerca Blocco
Tramite opportuna programmazione da software GW19373, è possibile eettuare una ricerca per blocco. Nella schermata
principale apparirà l’ icona (gura k) e verrà meno la possibilità di eettuare una ricerca di tipo discendente Z A.
Dalla videata “RICERCA UTENTI” pre-
mendo il tasto (gura k) si entra
nella schermata di visualizzazione della
lista blocchi in ordine alfabetico. Utiliz-
zare le frecce l per selezionare il
blocco (evidenziato in “negativo”) e di
seguito digitare il codice di chiamata
dell’interno appartenente al blocco se-
lezionato m. Premere per eettuare
la chiamata.
Per uscire senza eettuare nessuna chiamata premere ESC.
CHIAMATA AL PORTIERE
Per chiamare il servizio di portineria,
negli impianti ove previsto, premere il
tasto funzione contrassegnato con la
(gura b).
La comparsa sul display del simbolo “CHIAMATA”
(gura d) e l’accensione del relativo led ( ) se-
gnala l’invio della richiesta di conversazione.
Qua-
lora predisposto, il posto esterno emetterà anche il
messaggio vocale dedicato.
Se il portiere è occupato in un’altra conversazione
(gura e) oppure è assente (gura f) compa-
riranno sul display le opportune segnalazioni e
successivamente si ritornerà alla videata iniziale
(gura a).
La comparsa sul display del simbolo “CONVERSAZIONE” (gura g) e l’accensione del posto led
( ) segnala che il portiere ha risposto ed è in conversazione.
Qualora si richieda la comunicazione con uno degli interni, il por-
tiere vericherà la disponibilità dell’utente desiderato (gura h)
ed eventualmente metterà in conversazione direttamente il posto
interno con il posto esterno (gura i).

L’ azionamento dell’elettroserratura è possibile sia da parte del por-
tiere che del posto interno. In tal caso, sul display comparirà il sim-
bolo di “PORTA APERTA” (gura j) con l’accensione del relativo
led ( ).
Se il posto esterno è stato predisposto l’apertura della porta viene
accompagnata da un messaggio vocale dedicato.
Al termine della conversazione verrà nuovamente visualizzata la
nestra iniziale (gura k).
In ogni videata in cui compare il simbolo ESC premendo il tasto re-
lativo, si tornerà alla nestra iniziale, interrompendo l’azione in corso.
APERTURA PORTA CON CODICE
Per aprire la porta premere il tasto (gura a), inserire il codice
di accesso (gura b) (4-8 cifre) e premere nuovamente il tasto .
In caso di codice valido sul display comparirà il simbolo di “PORTA
APERTA” (gura c), si accenderà il relativo led ( ), verrà emesso
un tono di conferma e sarà possibile entrare.
Se il posto esterno è stato predisposto l’apertura della porta viene
accompagnata da un messaggio vocale dedicato.
Nel caso di codice non valido 3 beep veloci segnaleranno la condi-
zione di errore (gura d).
APERTURA PORTA CON CHIAVE DI PROSSIMITÀ
Per aprire la porta, avvicinare al lettore la chiave di prossimità (gura a).
In caso di codice valido sul display comparirà il simbolo di “PORTA
APERTA” (gura b), si accenderà il relativo led ( ), verrà emesso
un tono di conferma e sarà possibile entrare.
Se il posto esterno è stato predisposto l’apertura della porta viene
accompagnata da un messaggio vocale dedicato.
Nel caso di codice non valido 3 beep veloci segnaleranno la condi-
zione di errore (gura c).

APERTURA PORTA PROGRAMMATA A TEMPO
Negli impianti in cui tale funzione è stata programmata, nella fascia
oraria impostata, è possibile aprire la porta premendo semplice-
mente il tasto a: si accenderà il relativo led, verrà emesso un
tono di conferma e sarà possibile entrare b. Al di fuori della fascia
programmata tale funzionalità non è attiva; essa è particolarmente
utile per consentire l’accesso al personale di società fornitrice di
servizi durante gli orari autorizzati.

CODED CALL TO INTERNAL EXTENSION
To call an internal extension, you must enter the corresponding call
code and press the key (gure b, c, d).
Call codes can be made up of between 1 and 8 digits.
If an incorrect or non-existent code is en-
tered, the respective error window will ap-
pear on the display (gure e).
The appearance of the
“CALL” symbol on the
display (gure f) and the
lighting of the respective
LED ( ) signals that the
conversation request has
been sent to the selected
internal extension.
If set
up accordingly, the entry
panel will also emit the
dedicated voice message.
If the called user is busy in another conversation (gure
g), does not wish to be disturbed (gure
h) or is absent (gure i), the appropriate signals will appear on the display and then the dis-
play will return to the initial screen (gure a).
The appearance of the “CONVERSATION” symbol on the display (gure j) and the lighting of
the respective LED ( ) signals that the called user has answered and is in conversation.
At this point, if the called user activates the solenoid door lock, the “DOOR OPEN” symbol will
appear on the display (gure k) with the lighting of the respective LED ( ).
If the entry panel has been set up appropriately, the opening of the door is accompanied by a
dedicated voice message.
At the end of the conversation, the initial window will be displayed again (gure l).
The ESC symbol appears in each screen; by pressing the respective key, you can interrupt the
operation in progress and return to the initial window.

CALL WITH NAME/BLOCK SEARCH
If you do not know the name of the user, you can use the main
screen (gure a) or press the function key marked with the sym-
bol (gure b) to search:
- ascending alphabetical (from A to Z) by pressing the A Z key,
- descending alphabetical (from Z to A) by pressing the Z A key,
- free alphabetical by pressing the ABC key,
- by block, by pressing the key.
Alphabetical search (from A to Z)
From the “USER SEARCH” screen, press the A Z key (gure c) to
enter the screen displaying the names in alphabetical order. Once
you have selected the user (highlighted in negative) using the ar-
rows , press the key to make the call (gure d).
To exit without making any call, press ESC.
Reverse alphabetical search (from Z to A)
From the “USER SEARCH” screen, press the Z A key (gure e)
to enter the screen displaying the names in reverse alphabetical
order. Once you have selected the user (highlighted in negative)
using the arrows , press the key to make the call.
To exit without making any call, press ESC.
Free Search
From the “USER SEARCH” screen, press the ABC key (gure g) to enter the user selection screen. Enter the initial letters
of the desired name in sequence (gures h,i) and the list will appear on the screen starting from the closest reference.
You can delete one or more characters, starting from the last character, by pressing the key. To exit without making any
call, press ESC.
Once you have selected the desired user (highlighted in negative), press the key to make the call (gure j).
Now you can proceed as described on the previous page.

Call with block search
A search by block can be carried out via suitable programming using the software GW19373. The icon will appear on the
main screen (gure k) and you will no longer be able to perform a descending search Z A.
In the “USER SEARCH” screen, press
the key (gure k) to enter the scre-
en displaying the list of blocks in alpha-
betical order. Use the l arrows to
select the block (highlighted in “nega-
tive”) and then enter the call code for
the receiver belonging to the selected
block m. Press to make the call.
To exit without making any call, press ESC.
PORTER CALL
To call the porter service, in systems
where this is envisaged, press the fun-
ction key marked with a (gure b).
The appearance of the “CALL” symbol on the dis-
play (gure d) and the lighting of the respective
LED ( ) signals that the conversation request
has been sent. If set up accordingly, the entry
panel will also emit the dedicated voice message.
If the porter is busy in another conversation
(gure e) or is absent (gure
f
), the appro-
priate signals will appear on the display and
then the display will return to the initial screen
(gure a).
The appearance of the “CONVERSATION” symbol on the display (gure g) and the lighting of
the respective LED ( ) signals that the porter has answered and is in conversation.
If you request communication with one of the internal extensions,
the porter will check the availability of the desired user (gure h)
and, if available, place the internal extension in direct conversation
with the entry panel (gure i).

The solenoid door lock can be activated by both the porter and the
user from the internal extension. In this case, the “DOOR OPEN”
symbol will appear on the display (gure j) with the lighting of
the respective LED ( ).
If the entry panel has been set up appropriately, the opening of the
door is accompanied by a dedicated voice message.
At the end of the conversation, the initial window will be displayed
again (gure k).
The ESC symbol appears in each screen; by pressing the respective
key, you can interrupt the operation in progress and return to the
initial window.
DOOR LOCK RELEASE WITH CODE
To open the door, press the key (gure a), enter the access
code (gure b) (4-8 digits) and press the key again.
If the code is valid, the “DOOR OPEN” symbol will appear on the
display (gure c), the respective LED ( ) will come on, a conr-
mation tone will sound and you will be able enter.
If the entry panel has been set up appropriately, the opening of the
door is accompanied by a dedicated voice message.
If an invalid code has been entered, 3 short beeps will signal the
error condition (gure d).
DOOR LOCK RELEASE WITH PROXIMITY KEY
To open the door, move the proximity key near the reader (gure a).
If the code is valid, the “DOOR OPEN” symbol will appear on the display (gure b), the respec-
tive LED ( ) will come on, a conrmation tone will sound and you
will be able enter.
If the entry panel has been set up appropriately, the opening of the
door is accompanied by a dedicated voice message.
If the code is invalid, 3 short beeps will signal the error condition
(gure c).

In systems where this function has been programmed, in the time
period set, the door can be opened simply by pressing the a
key: the related LED will light up, a conrmation tone will be emit-
ted and you will be able to enter b.
Outside the programmed time period, this function is not enabled;
it is especially useful to grant access to sta from service providers
at authorised times.
