Warning: to avoid the risk of electric shock, do not
remove the cover. The interior does not contain
any parts that can be repaired by the user. Ask for
assistance from the Customer Support Service.
Important Warnings
Before using your appliance read this instructions manual

Before turning on your appliance, and to ensure a safe and
correct operation, do not use if:

Assistance
In case of malfunction, take your appliance to the Customer
Support Service for assistance.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are
older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord
out of reach of children aged less than 8 years. Appliances
can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.

1.1. Power Supply
Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance’s. If this is
not the case please consult the Customer Support Service.
1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables
Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep
the cord away from warm surfaces.
Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.
Take it to the Customer Support Service for replacement.

1.3. Humidity and Water
Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance
to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous.
To avoid fire hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance
to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under
water (e.g. for cleaning).
1.4. Cleaning
Before cleaning, be sure to switch o the appliance and remove the
plug from the main power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down
before cleaning.
To clean the exterior of the product use a dry soft cloth only.

The new hose-sets supplied with the appliance are to be used and
the old hose-sets should not be reused.
Before performing any maintenance to the appliance, unplug it from
the mains.
Always unplug the machine from the mains and turn o the water
supply after use. The max. and min. inlet water pressure is in pascals.
For your own safety, the power plug must be inserted into an
earthed three-pole socket. Please check this carefully and make sure
that your socket is properly and reliably earthed.

Please make sure that water and electrical devices are connected
by a qualified technician in accordance with the manufacturers
instructions and local safety regulations.
Before cleaning or performing any maintenance to the appliance,
unplug it from the mains.
Do not use any socket with a rated current below than that of the
appliance’s. Never pull the power plug out with your hands wet.
Please remember to disconnect the water and power supply
immediately after your clothes are washed.

do not play with appliance.
Please be aware that animals and children may climb into the
machine, so check the machine before every operation.
Please note that the glass door may be very hot during operation.
Keep children and pets far away from the machine during operation
in very humid rooms as well as in the rooms with explosive or
caustic gases.
Remove all packaging materials and transport bolts before using the
appliance. Otherwise, it may result in serious damage.

Do not wash or dry items that have been cleaned in, washed in,
soaked in, or dabbed with combustible or explosive substances
(such as wax, oil, paint, gasoline, degreasers, dry-cleaning solvents,
kerosene, etc.), as this may result in a risk of fire or explosion.

The washer dryer is not to be used if industrial chemicals have been
used for cleaning.
The exhaust air must not be discharged into a flue which is
designed for exhausting fumes from appliances burning gas or
other fuels.
Thoroughly rinse any items washed by hand beforehand.
Caution!
This appliance is for indoor use only, and not intended for built-in
use.
Please make sure the openings are not obstructed by a carpet.
This appliance shall not be installed in bathrooms or very humid
rooms as well as in rooms with explosive or caustic gases.
A single inlet valve appliance can only be connected to the cold
water supply, whereas a double inlet valve appliance should be
correctly connected to the hot water and cold water supply.
After installation, make sure the plug is easily accessible.
Please be aware that this appliance must not be installed behind a
lockable door, a sliding door or a door with a hinge on the opposite
side to that of the washer dryer.
Remove all packaging materials and transport bolts before using the
appliance. Otherwise, it may result in serious damage.

The product is only intended for home use and is only designed for
textiles suitable for machine washing and drying.

Do not climb up and sit on the top cover of the machine, nor lean
against the machine door.
Cautions when handling the machine:
Transport bolts shall be reinstalled onto the machine by a qualified
technician.
Any accumulated water shall be drained out of the machine.
Please handle the machine carefully. Never hold any protruded part
on the machine while lifting it, nor use the door as a handle during
transport.
Attention: This appliance is heavy. Please handle with care.
Do not insert your hands shall into the running water extracting tub.
Please do not use excessive force to close the door. If you find it
diicult to close the door, please check if all clothes are well put in or
distributed.
Please not that it is forbidden to wash carpets in the appliance.
Operating the appliance
Before using the washing machine, please make sure the unit is
calibrated.
Before washing any clothes for the first time, the unit shall be fully
operated in one round without any clothes inside.
Please not that flammable and explosive or toxic solvents are
forbidden. Gasoline and alcohol, etc. shall not be used as detergents.
Please only select detergents suitable for machine washing,
especially for drum machines.
Please make sure that all pockets are emptied, as sharp and rigid

items such as coins, brooches, nails, screws or stones, etc. may cause
serious damages to this machine.
Please check whether the water inside the drum has been drained
before opening its door and do not open it if there is any visible water.
Please be careful not to get burnt when the unit drains hot washing
water.
After the programme is completed, please wait two minutes before
opening the door (for some models).
Never refill the machine with water by hand during washing.
Any fabrics that contain vegetable or cooking oil or have been
contaminated by hair care products must first be washed in hot
water with an extra amount of detergent before being placed in a
tumble dryer as this will reduce, but not eliminate, any hazards.
Adequate ventilation must be provided to avoid the back flow of
gases into the room from appliances burning other fuels, including
open fires.
Do not dry unwashed items in the appliance.
Items that have been soiled with substances such as cooking oil,
acetone, alcohol, petrol, kerosene, spot removers, turpentine, waxes
and wax removers should be washed in hot water with an extra
amount of detergent before being dried in the appliance.
Items such as foam rubber (latex foam), shower caps, water proof
textiles, rubber backed items and clothes or pillows fitted with foam
rubber pads should not be dried in the machine.
Fabric softeners, or similar products, should be used as specified by
the fabric softener manufacturer’s instructions.

Machine with a lid that can be open during the cycle for water
extraction can take 15s or more to come to a full stop or to empty
the water from the drum.
The final part of a washer dryer cycle occurs without heat (cool
down cycle) to ensure that items are left at a temperature that does
not damage them.
Remove any objects from pockets such as lighters and matches
before using the appliance.
WARNING: Never stop a washer dryer before the end of the drying
cycle unless all items are quickly removed and spread out so that
the heat is dissipated.

Warning!
Please position the unit on a stable surface in order to prevent it
from wandering.
Please make sure that the unit does not stand on the power cord.
Before installing the machine, please select a location as characterised
below:
1. Rigid, dry, and levelled surface
2. Avoiding direct sunlight
3. With suicient ventilation
4. With a room temperature above 0 ºC
5. Far away from heat resources such as coal or gas.

Unpacking the washing machine
Warning!
Packaging materials (e.g. films, styrofoam) can be dangerous for
children as there is a risk of suocation.
Please keep all packaging materials far away from children.
1. Remove the cardboard box and
styrofoam packing.
2. Lift the washing machine and remove
the base packing. Make sure the small
triangle foam is removed together with
the bottom one. If not, lay the unit down
on the surface on one of its sides and
then remove the small foam from the
units bottom manually.
3. Remove the tape securing the power supply cord and drain hose.
4. Remove the inlet hose from the drum.

Removing transport bolts
Warning!
Transport bolts must be removed from the back before using the machine.
Please make sure you keep the transport bolts in a safe place as you
will need them again if you move the unit.
To remove the bolts please proceed
as follows:
1. Loosen all 4 bolts with a spanner and
then remove them.
2. Stop the holes with transport hole plugs.
3. Keep the transport bolts properly for future use.
Levelling the washing machine
Warning!
The lock nuts on all four feet must be screwed tightly against the housing.
1. Please check if the legs are closely attached to the cabinet. If not,
turn them to their original positions and tighten the nuts.
2. Loosen the lock nut and turn the feet until it closely contacts with
the floor.
3. Adjust the legs and lock them with a spanner, making sure the
machine is steady.

Connecting the water supply hose
Warning!
To prevent any leakage or water damage, please follow the
instructions in this chapter.
Do not kink, crush, modify or sever the water inlet hose.
For models equipped with a hot valve, connect it to the hot water
tap with the hot water supply hose.
Please note that energy consumption will decrease automatically for
some programmes.
There are two ways to connect the inlet pipe. To do it, proceed as
follows:

Connect the other end of the inlet pipe to the inlet valve at the back of
the unit and tightly fasten the pipe clockwise.

Do not kink or protract the drain hose.
Position the drain hose properly, otherwise there is a risk of damage
due to water leaks.
There are two ways to place the end of the drain hose:
1. Insert it in the water trough.
2. Connect it to the branch drain pipe of the
trough.

Warning!
When installing the drain hose, fix it properly with a rope.
If the drain hose is too long, do not force it into the washing machine
as this will cause abnormal noises.

Caution!
Before washing, please make sure the appliance is properly installed.
Before washing any clothes for the first time, the unit shall be fully
operated in one round without any clothes inside, as follows.
Calibration
It is recommended to calibrate the washing machine so that it performs
better.
1. Empty the washing machine;
2. Plug it in;
3. Press “Power” on the washing machine and then “Delay” and “Spin”
at the same time for 10 seconds then “t19” is displayed;

Before each washing
The working temperature of the washing machine should be
(0-40) °C. If it is used under 0 °C, the inlet valve and draining
system may be damaged. If the machine is placed under 0°C or
less, then it should be transferred to normal ambient temperature
to ensure the water supply hose and drain hose do not get frozen
before use.
Please check the labels and the explanation about how to use the
detergent before washing any items. Use non-foaming or less-
foaming detergent suitable for machine washing.

When washing a single cloth item, it may easily cause great
eccentricity and trigger an alarm due to great unbalance. Therefore,
it is suggested to add one or two more items to be washed together
so that draining can be done smoothly.
