• Never submerge the wine opener.

• For indoor use only. Do not expose the wine

opener unit to rain or other extreme conditions.

• Never force the wine opener onto a bottle or

attempt to speed up the mechanism. The wine

opener will work best when it is operated at its

intended speed.

• Do not touch or adjust the wine opener’s

mechanism or the wine opener corkscrew. Only

hold the wine opener by the plastic housing.

• Do not attempt to open bottles if the switch is

not working correctly.

• Keep away from children. This is not a toy.

• Do not attempt to open the wine opener unit. It

has no serviceable parts. In case of malfunction

please contact our customer services

department.

• Do not attempt to operate if the wine opener

unit is damaged, has been dropped or

malfunctions.

2. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

2.1. Product Description

2.2. Product Usage

First of all, insert 4 alkaline “AA” batteries in the

back of the unit, and use the foil cutter to cut o

the foil. (See Fig. 2)

How to operate the wine opener

The wine opener is operated by a simple switch.

The switch has two functions.

Press the lower part of the switch to remove a cork

from the bottle.

Press the upper part of the switch to release a cork

from the mechanism after you have removed it

from the bottle. (See Fig. 3)

Before using the wine opener, you must remove

any foil from the top of the bottle using the foil

cutter provided.

1. Place the wine opener on the top of the wine

bottle. Ensure that it remains as upright as

possible at all times, otherwise it will not remove

the cork properly. (See Fig. 4)

2. Hold the wine opener rmly and press the lower

part of the switch. The wine opener corkscrew

will turn in a clockwise direction and enter the

cork, then gradually remove it from the bottle.

When the wine opener mechanism stops, the

cork has been fully removed from the bottle.

3. Lift the wine opener away from the bottle.

To remove the cork, simply press the upper

part of the switch. The corkscrew will turn in an

anti-clockwise direction and release the cork.

(See Fig. 5)

ATTENTION!: It has been noted that the

automatic wine opener may experience

problems with a small percentage of

plastic/synthetic corks and undersized

corks. In this case the cork should be

removed manually.

3. POST-SALE SERVICE

to guarantee maximum reliability. However, if

a problem occurs do not attempt to open the

appliance - there is a risk of electrical shock. If you

are not able to solve the problem, please contact

the Costumer Support Service of any Worten,

Modelo or Continente store in order to be assisted.

warranty for manufacturing defects from the date

of purchase of the appliance.

WARNING: Any attempt to repair the appliance

• Nunca sumerja el sacacorchos.

• Úselo solamente en interiores. No exponga

la unidad del sacacorchos a la lluvia u otras

condiciones climáticas extremas.

• Nunca fuerce el sacacorchos en una botella ni

intente acelerar el mecanismo. El sacacorchos

funciona mejor cuando se utiliza a su velocidad

prevista.

• No toque ni ajuste el mecanismo de la unidad

ni el sacacorchos. Sostenga el sacacorchos solo

por la carcasa plástica.

• No intente abrir botellas si el interruptor no

funciona correctamente.

• Manténgalo alejado de los niños. Este producto

no es un juguete.

• No intente abrir la unidad del sacacorchos.

El sacacorchos no tiene partes reparables.

En caso de un funcionamiento incorrecto,

póngase en contacto con nuestro Departamento

de Atención al Cliente.

• No intente utilizar el aparto si la unidad de

sacacorchos está dañada, si se ha caído o si
