Before using your appliance read this instructions manual carefully and

Before turning on your appliance, and to ensure a safe and correct

1.1. Power Supply
Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance’s. If this is
not the case please consult the Customer Support Service.
1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables
Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep
the cord away from warm surfaces.
Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.
Take it to the Technical Support Service for replacement.
1.3. Humidity and Water
Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance
to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous.
To avoid re hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance
to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under
water (e.g. for cleaning).

1.4. Cleaning
Before cleaning, be sure to switch o the appliance and remove the plug
from the main power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down before
cleaning.
To clean the exterior of the product use a dry soft cloth only.

2. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Cautions
Always use the tray handle when
inserting removing the tray. Touching
these will cause severe burns.

When hot, do not apply water to the glass
window. It may cause the glass to break.
When unplugging the cord, always pull
the plug itself. Never pull on the cord.
Doing so could break the wires inside
the cord.
Do not position the unit close to a gas
burner or any other source of heat and
do not direct an electric fan, or any other
form of ventilation at the unit during
USE. Doing so could prevent correct
temperature control.
Do not wet the power cord nor handle the
unit with wet hands. Always unplug the
cord after use, or whenever the unit is to
be left unattended as a malfunction while
the plug is inserted into the outlet may
cause a re.

When cooking dishes which are likely to splash fat inside the oven,
such as roast chicken, it is recommended 2 sheets of aluminium foil
are used in order to reduce splashing. Place one sheet on the tray, and
the other above the dish, as depicted below. This will conne splashing
between the sheets of aluminium foil.

Baking Tray and Wire Rack
For food which will drip/grilled sh, etc.
NOTE: The trays are rectangular in shape.
Be careful when removing pudding and other hot liquids.
Tray/Rack Adjustment
You can place the Tray/Rack in 3 dierent positions, according to the
dishes you want to cook. For instance, when making macaroni gratin,
use the second slot to brown the top. For roasting a chicken, use the
bottom rack support.

2.1. Product Description
2.2. Using the Product
Before using the unit for the rst time:
Heat the empty oven.
Insert the baking tray and the wire rack.
Set the function control knob to “UPPER & LOWER”, set the
temperature control knob to “230ºC” and heat the empty oven
for about 10 minutes.
NOTE: There may be some smoke and a burning smell at rst, but this
is to be expected.

Cautions
If the oven is positioned too close to a
wall, the wall will be burned or stained.
Ensure objects such as curtains are not
in contact with the oven. Do not put
anything between the bottom of the oven
and the surface on which it is placed, as
an object that is placed in this position
can be burned.
Do not put anything on the oven while
using it, the heat could cause deformation,
cracking, etc.
Bottled or tinned food cannot be heated
directly as this poses an explosion hazard.
Be careful not to burn yourself while the
oven is on or shortly after it’s been turned
o. The metal parts and glass window on
the door become extremely hot during
use. Be careful not to touch them when
opening and closing the door.

AC power must be drawn from a properly
wired outlet. Insert the plug completely
into the outlet otherwise it may become
abnormally hot. Do not use an extension
cable. Never connect multiple plugs to the
same outlet.
Convection Function
The special convection function ensures a
steady airow which heats the food more
evenly, while preserving its avour.
Rotisserie Function
Use with Rotisserie Forks
This function provides a way to bake your
food evenly. Rotisserie forks can hold food
weighing up to 3 kilograms.

Install Rotisserie Set
Setup the rotisserie set and install it
by placing both ends of the rod in the
support holes, and place the baking tray
in the oven.
Remove Rotisserie Forks
Use the rotisserie handle to remove the
rotisserie forks from the food before
removing the rod from the support holes
and the baking tray from the oven.
CAUTION: Beware of HOT dripping fat!
Rotisserie Handle
Please always use the rotisserie handle to
remove the rotisserie forks.
Temperature Control
Turn the temperature control knob
clockwise to select the suitable
temperature according to the dishes you
are going to cook. (Temperature Control
ranging from LOW to 230ºC)

Function Control
Select the suitable heating element
according to the dishes you are going
to cook.
Timer Control
The front Indicator light indicates whether the oven is switched on or not.
Set the arrow on the “Timer” to the
number which indicates the cooking time
(minutes) according to the dishes you are
going to cook.
Set the “Timer” by turning it clockwise. The
oven will turn o automatically at the end
of the selected time and a bell will ring.
NOTE: When setting the timer to less than 5 mins, turn it past 6 mins.
and then back to the desired time.
The oven can be turned o manually during cooking by turning the
“Timer” anti-clockwise to the “OFF” position.

2.3. Maintenance
Cleaning Method
Remove the plug from the outlet and let
the oven cool down before cleaning.
When cleaning, wash the interior and
exterior surface, baking tray, wire rack and
tray handle with soft cotton (or sponge)
with a neutral cleaning agent. Then wash
with clean water. Do not use a scourer or
any abrasive brush, so as not to scratch
the inside of the oven, and to guarantee
the condition of the baking tray, the wire
rack and the tray handle.
Do not use toxic and abrasive cleaners
such as gasoline, polishing powder and
solvents.
