Before using your appliance read this instructions manual carefully and

This appliance can be used by children from the age of 8 and by
people with reduced physical, sensorial or mental capabilities and/or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given instructions
on using the appliance safely and if they understand the hazards
involved. Children may not play with the appliance. Cleaning and
maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.

1.1. Power Supply
Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance’s. If this is
not the case please consult the Customer Support Service.
1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables
Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep
the cord away from warm surfaces.
Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.
Take it to the Technical Support Service for replacement.
1.3. Humidity and Water
Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance
to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous.
To avoid fire hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance
to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under
water (e.g. for cleaning).

1.4. Cleaning
Before cleaning, be sure to switch o the appliance and remove the
plug from the mains power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down
before cleaning.
Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents to clean this product. Empty the
kettle and allow it to cool down, open the lid, lift out the filter, rinse the
filter under warm water and brush o any impurities.
To assemble the water kettle, do the reverse procedure.
1.5. General Precautions
• Please follow the instructions of the user manual, which helps
properly installing and operating this product and enjoying its
advanced features. Please keep the instructions for future reference.
• Read all instructions before using the product.
• Before you connect the kettle to the mains supply, make sure that
the voltage indicated on the rating plate, located on the bottom of
the water kettle matches the mains voltage in your home. If it does
not, contact your dealer and do not use the kettle.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order
to avoid a hazard.
• If the kettle is overfilled, the boiling water may be ejected.
• The kettle is only to be used with the provided stand.

• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as:
- sta kitchen areas in shops, oices and other working
environments;
- farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments;
- bed and breakfast type environments;
- catering and similar non-retail applications.
• Do not operate the kettle if it is damaged, after an appliance
malfunction or it has been damaged in any manner. Return it to the
customer service department for repair, because special tools are
required.
• The water kettle will switch o automatically when the water has
boiled. If you want to stop the heating process before the kettle
automatically switches o, press the On/O switch up.
• After the kettle has switched o automatically (or has been switched
o manually) it may need some time to cool down. After 15-20
seconds, the kettle can be switched on again.
• Always fill the kettle with water before switching it on.
• The kettle is designed to disconnect the live electrical supply from
the element under abnormal operating conditions. If the water kettle
is accidentally switched on without water, the boil dry protector will
operate.
• If the kettle ever boils dry, the power indicator will go out. Lift the
On/O switch and unplug. Allow 15 minutes for it to cool down. The
safety cutout will automatically reset during this time. Remove the
kettle from the power base and fill with cold water. The appliance will
operate again.
• Place the kettle on a stable flat surface.

• Do not use this appliance outdoors.
• Ensure that the kettle is switched o before removing it from its
base.
• Do not remove the kettle from its base during operation. Do not
open the top lid during operation.
• Never immerse the kettle or cord in water or any other liquid. Do not
allow liquid to penetrate the electrical parts of this kettle.
• Prevent children from pulling on the mains cord or knocking the
kettle over.
• Ensure that the mains lead does not overhang the worktop surface.
• Only use the cord supplied with this kettle. If a replacement is
required, only approved components may be used.
• The outside surface of the kettle may get hot during use, please take
care when touching the kettle.
• Never fill in water more than the maximum acceptable water level.
• Never use the kettle with the lid open.
• Do not open the lid when steam is coming out of the spout.
• Never let the appliance run unattended.

2. UTILIZATION AND FUNCTIONING
2.1. Product Description

2.2. Before First Use
Before first use, it is recommended to operate the kettle for 2 or 3 times
following the instructions below. This will remove any dust or residues
remaining from the manufacturing process.
• Take up the kettle from the base before filling.
• To fill the kettle, open the cover by pressing the lid button
downwards, then fill to the desired level (Min. 0.75L - Max. 1.7L),
close the lid by pressing it down until it clicks into place.
• Plug the power supply cord into the mains, press the On/O switch
down and the power indicator lights up.
• When the water has boiled the kettle will automatically switch itself
o. You can stop the boiling process at any time by lifting the On/O
switch. The power indicator will go out.

2.3. Descaling
• Half fill the kettle with tap water and add the juice of 1 lemon to the
water.
• Boil this mixture and allow it to stand for 15 minutes. Re-boil the
mixture and allow it to stand a further 15 minutes. Re-boil this
mixture a third time then rinse the kettle thoroughly.

1.1. Alimentación
Compruebe que la tensión de la red eléctrica es compatible con la
indicada en el aparato. En caso de que no sea compatible, consulte al
Servicio de Atención al Cliente.
1.2. Cable de alimentación y otros cables
No enrolle el cable de alimentación ni tire de él para desenchufar el
aparato. Asimismo, manténgalo alejado de superficies calientes.
Nunca utilice este aparato si el cable o el enchufe están dañados.
En su lugar, llévelo a un servicio técnico autorizado para que proceda a
su sustitución.
1.3. Humedad y agua
No utilice el aparato en lugares húmedos. No deje que el aparato se
moje en ninguna circunstancia, pues puede ser peligroso. Para evitar
el peligro de incendio o descarga eléctrica, no exponga el aparato al
agua o la humedad. Asimismo, no sumerja el aparato (por ejemplo, para
limpiarlo).

1.4. Limpieza
Antes de efectuar la limpieza, apague siempre el aparato y retire el
cable de la fuente de alimentación. Permita siempre que la unidad se
enfríe antes de efectuar cualquier operación de limpieza.
Evite la utilización de agentes de limpieza abrasivos para limpiar este
aparato. Vacíe el hervidor y permita que se enfríe, abra la tapa, retire el
filtro, enjuague el filtro en agua caliente y limpie cualquier impureza.
Para montar nuevamente el hervidor, efectúe el procedimiento inverso.
1.5. Precauciones generales
• Por favor siga las instrucciones del manual de instrucciones, que
ayuda en la instalación y operación adecuada de este producto y en
sus características avanzadas. Por favor guarde las instrucciones para
referencia futura.
• Lea todas las instrucciones antes de usar el aparato.
• Antes de enchufar su hervidor eléctrico a la red eléctrica, verifique
que el voltaje de la placa de identificación del aparato, localizada en
la parte inferior del hervidor eléctrico corresponde al voltaje de su red
eléctrica doméstica. Si no es el caso, contacte su minorista y no use el
hervidor eléctrico.
• Los niños deben ser supervisados para garantizar que no juegan con

• El hervidor eléctrico debe usarse solamente con el soporte
suministrado.
• Este aparato fue concebido para ser usado en locales domésticos y
similares tales como:
- áreas de cocina en establecimientos, oficinas y otros locales de
trabajo;
- fincas y por clientes en hoteles y otros ambientes del tipo
residencial;
- ambientes del tipo cama y desayuno.
- servicios de catering y objetivos semejantes.
• No opere el hervidor eléctrico si está dañado, tras un funcionamiento
incorrecto del aparato o si el aparato está dañado de algún modo.
Devuélvalo al servicio de asistencia autorizado para que procedan a
su reparación, ya que serán necesarias herramientas especiales.
• El hervidor eléctrico se apaga automáticamente cuando el agua esté
hirviendo. Si pretende parar el proceso de calentamiento antes de
que el hervidor se apague automáticamente, pulse el botón On/O.
• Después de que el hervidor eléctrico se haya apagado
automáticamente (o después de que haya sido apagado
manualmente) puede que necesite algún tiempo para enfriarse.
Tras 15-20 segundos, el aparato podrá encenderse nuevamente.
• Llene siempre el hervidor eléctrico con agua antes de encenderlo.
• El hervidor eléctrico fue concebido para desactivar el suministro de

• No retire el hervidor eléctrico de su base durante el funcionamiento

• No abra la tapa cuando el vapor esté saliendo de la boquilla del
hervidor eléctrico.
• Nunca abandone el aparato en funcionamiento sin supervisión.
2. UTILIZACIÓN Y FUNCIONAMIENTO
2.1. Descripción del producto

2.2. Antes de la primera utilización
Antes de usar este aparato por primera vez, es recomendada la
operación del hervidor eléctrico 2 o 3 veces siguiendo las instrucciones
a continuación. Esto reducirá cualquier polvo o residuos existentes del
proceso de fabricación.
• Remueva el hervidor eléctrico de la base antes de llenar.
• Para llenar el hervidor eléctrico, abra la tapa presionando el botón
hacia abajo y después llene con el nivel deseado (Mín. 0.75L - Máx.
1.7L), cierre la tapa presionándola hacia abajo hasta que encaje en su
sitio.
• Enchufe el cable de alimentación a la toma eléctrica, pulse el botón
On/O hacia abajo y el indicador de energía se enciende.

• Cuando el agua esté hirviendo el hervidor eléctrico se apagará
automáticamente. Podrá parar el proceso de calentamiento en
cualquier momento pulsando el botón interruptor On/O. El indicador
de energía se apagará.
2.3. Descalcificación
• Llene el hervidor eléctrico hasta la mitad con agua corriente y añada
el zumo de 1 limón al agua.
• Hierva esta mezcla y permita que descanse durante 15 minutos.
Vuelva a hervir la mezcla y permita que descanse otros 15 minutos.
Vuelva a hervir por tercera vez la mezcla y después enjuague
minuciosamente el hervidor eléctrico.

de este artículo, contra cualquier defecto de fabricación.
ATENCIÓN: cualquier intento de reparar el aparato sin haber
contactado con el fabricante o el vendedor anulará la garantía.
