biópsias cutâneas.

Se forem necessárias várias biópsias ou amostras do
mesmo doente, deve-se utilizar um novo dispositivo
de cada vez.
➔ Não voltar a esterilizar ou reutilizar devido ao
risco de infeções.
➔ Não utilizar se a embalagem blister esterilizada
estiver comprometida ou danificada.
(PT) Segure o punch entre o polegar e o dedo indicador.
Coloque-o na superfície da pele, exercendo força
moderada, pressione para baixo num movimento de
rotação no sentido dos ponteiros do relógio.
(PT) Agarre suavemente a peça com a ajuda de uma pinça
anatómica, evitando a sua destruição. Se necessário,
use uma tesoura ou uma lâmina de bisturi para separar
completamente a peça.
(PT) Para feridas cirúrgicas ≤4 mm pressione suavemente
ou encerre com a ajuda de um penso hidrocoloide. Para
feridas cirúrgicas ≥4 mm encerre com sutura, clipe ou
tiras adesivas (“steristrips”) clinicamente indicadas
para o efeito.
