1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Important Warnings

Before using your appliance read this instructions manual carefully and

keep it in a safe place as you may need to consult it in the future.

Before turning on your appliance, and to ensure a safe and correct

operation, do not use if:

use it is advisable to read these instructions thoroughly.

intended and solely for household use. Any damage resulting from

using the appliance outside this scope, any incorrect use, as well as

any manual modications to the product will not be covered and

automatically voids the warranty.

This appliance can be used by children from the age of 8 and by

lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given instructions

on using the appliance safely and if they understand the hazards

involved. Children may not play with the appliance. Cleaning and

maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.

1.1. Power Supply

Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance’s. If this is

not the case please consult the Customer Support Service.

1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables

Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep

the cord away from warm surfaces.

Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.

Take it to the Technical Support Service for replacement.

1.3. Humidity and Water

Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance

to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous.

To avoid re hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance

to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under

water (e.g. for cleaning).

1.4. Cleaning

Before cleaning, be sure to switch o the appliance and remove the

plug from the main power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down

before cleaning.

Clean the motor unit and chopping bowl lid only with a damp cloth.

Never immerse the motor unit in water

for cleaning purposes.

• All the other parts can be cleaned in the dish washer. However, after

processing very salty food, you should rinse the blades right away.

• Also, be careful not to use an overdose of cleaner or decalcier

agent in your dishwasher.

• When processing food with color, the plastic parts of the appliance

may become discolored. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before

placing them in the dishwasher.

• The blades are very sharp, please be careful and pay attention.

• Be sure to unplug the appliance before cleaning.

1.5. General Precautions

• Please follow the instructions in the user manual which help to

properly install and operate this product and enjoy its advanced

features. Please keep the instructions for future reference.

• Read all instructions before using the product.

• Check that the mains voltage corresponds with the rating of the

appliance before operating.

• To protect against electrical shock, do not submerge the mixer or

allow the AC cord to come in contact with water or other liquids.

• Unplug from the outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking

o parts, and before cleaning.

• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, after the

appliance malfunctions or if it has been dropped or damaged in any

matter. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility

for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.

• Do not use this appliance outdoors.

• Do not let the cord hang over an edge of a table or counter or touch

hot surfaces, including the stove.

• Always unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling and

cleaning.

• The blades on this appliance are very sharp. Handle them carefully.

• Do not plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully

assembled and always unplug before disassembling the appliance

or handling the blades.

• Do not let the motor unit, cord or plug get wet.

• Do not place the appliance on top of hot ingredients.

• The appliance is designed to process normal household quantities.

• This appliance was designed for short-time operation. Use the

appliance for no longer than 1 minute, and do not operate hard food

for no longer than 15 seconds.

• If you press the switch, you can run the inching switch to meet your

needs.

• Always disconnect the blender and unplug from the power supply

if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or

cleaning.

• This appliance can cause potential injury from misuse.

• Be careful when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the

bowl and during cleaning.

• Switch o the appliance and disconnected from the supply before

changing accessories or approaching parts which move during use.

• Keep your hands and utensils out of the container while blending

and away from the cutting blade while chopping food to prevent

the possibility of severe injury to persons or damage to the unit.

A scraper may be used but only when the unit is not running.

2. UTILIZATION AND FUNCTIONING

2.1. Product Description

2.2. Hand Blender Operation

The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups,

mayonnaise and baby food as well as for mixing and milkshakes.

• Turn the blender stick on the motor unit until it locks.

• Introduce the hand blender in the vessel. Press the switch I or switch

II to operate it.

• Use the hand blender for no longer than 1 minute.

• Caution: the blade is very sharp!

• Caution: Do not operate food without water!

2.3. Chopper Operation

2.3.1. Before Using the Chopper

• Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade.

Caution: the blade is very sharp!

Always hold it by the upper plastic part.

• Place the blade on the center pin of the chopper bowl. Press down

the blade and lock bowl. Always place the chopper bowl on the

anti-slip base.

• Place the food in the chopper bowl.

• Place the chopping bowl lid on the chopper bowl.

• Turn the motor unit on the chopping bowl lid until it locks.

• Press the switch I or switch II to operate the chopper. During

processing, hold the motor unit with one hand and the chopper bowl

with the other.

• After use, turn the motor unit o the chopping bowl lid.

• After that, remove the chopping bowl lid. Carefully take out the blade.

• Carefully take out the blade avoiding getting injured.

• Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.

• Do not operate hard food for no longer than 15 seconds.

The chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as chopping meat,

cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.

Do not chop extremely hard food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg, coee

beans and grains.

2.4. Whisk Operation

Use the whisk only for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing

sponges and already-mixed desserts.

• Insert the whisk into the whisk holder, and then turn the gear box on

the motor unit until it locks.

• Place the whisk in a vessel and only then press the switch I or switch

II to operate it.

• Use the whisk for no longer than 2 minutes.

• Turn the gear box o the motor unit after use. Then pull the whisk

out of the gear box.

1.1. Alimentación

Compruebe que la tensión de la red eléctrica es compatible con la

indicada en el aparato. En caso de que no sea compatible, consulte al

Servicio de Atención al Cliente.

1.2. Cable de alimentación y otros cables

No enrolle el cable de alimentación ni tire de él para desenchufar el

aparato. Asimismo, manténgalo alejado de supercies calientes.

Nunca utilice este aparato si el cable o el enchufe están dañados.

En su lugar, llévelo a un servicio técnico autorizado para que proceda a

su sustitución.

1.3. Humedad y agua

No utilice el aparato en lugares húmedos. No deje que el aparato se

moje en ninguna circunstancia, pues puede ser peligroso. Para evitar el

peligro de incendio o descarga eléctrica, no exponga el aparato al agua

o la humedad. Asimismo, no sumerja el aparato (por ejemplo, para

limpiarlo).

1.4. Limpieza

Antes de proceder a la limpieza del aparato, apáguelo y desconecte el

cable de la corriente. Deje siempre que el aparato se enfríe antes de

efectuar cualquier operación de limpieza.

Limpie la unidad del motor y la tapa de la taza de picar solamente con

un paño húmedo.

Nunca sumerja la unidad del motor en agua

para objetivos de limpieza.

• Todas las otras piezas pueden lavarse en el lavavajillas. Sin embargo,

después de procesar alimentos muy salados, debe enjuagar

inmediatamente las láminas.

• También debe tener cuidado para no utilizar una cantidad exagerada

de detergente o descalcicador en su lavavajillas.

• Cuando procese alimentos con mucho color, las partes plásticas del

aparato podrán descolorarse. Limpie estas piezas con aceite vegetal

antes de colocarlas en el lavavajillas.

• Las láminas son muy aladas, por favor tenga cuidado al manosearlas

y preste atención.

• Certifíquese de que apagó el aparato antes de efectuar cualquier

operación de limpieza.

poner en funcionamiento correctamente este producto y disfrutar

• Para protegerle de descargas eléctricas, no sumerja el aparato ni

permita que el cable AC entre en contacto con el agua o cualquier

otro líquido.

• Desenchufe el cable de la toma cuando no esté usando el aparato,

antes de montar o desmontar piezas y antes de limpiar.

• No opere cualquier aparato con un cable o enchufe dañados, tras

un funcionamiento incorrecto o si ha caído o si ha sido dañado de

cualquier manera. Devuélvalo al servicio de asistencia técnica más

• Este aparato fue concebido para utilizaciones de corta duración. No

use el aparato durante más de 1 minuto y no opere con alimentos

• Si pulsa el botón, podrá cambiar la conguración de velocidad según

sus necesidades.

• Apague siempre el aparato y retire el cable de la toma si pretende

abandonar el aparato sin supervisión y antes de montar, desmontar

o limpiar.

• Este aparato podrá provocar posibles lesiones debido a una

utilización incorrecta.

• Tenga cuidado cuando manosee las láminas de corte aladas, cuando

vacíe la taza y durante la limpieza.

• Apague siempre el aparato y retire el cable de la toma de
