Press and hold the button to turn off the product.

For ensuring normal operation of the motion sensor, do not install the product in a place exposed to

the full screen mode (landscape).
Check whether the TOUCH OUT port on the product is connected to a USB
port on the PC using a USB cable.
Touches break, reaction speed gets slow,
and so on.
Make sure that there are no foreign substances on the screen surface.
Check whether the screen is broken.
Make sure that the product is not exposed to direct sunlight.
