G eneral warni ngs
1. This appliance shall not be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction on how to use the appliance in a safe
way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without supervision.
2. If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, it’s service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
3. Please make sure that the power is well connected after installation.
4. The product will become hot when its in use, do not put any flammable products inside the
oven.
5. Caution: the accessories or parts of the oven will become very hot when it is in use. Please
keep away from children.
6. Do not use other abrasive cleaners and/or wire wool or metal tools with sharp edge to clean
the oven door glass, as this may scratch the surface which may lead to damage of the oven
door
7. Do not use steam clearer to clean the oven.
8. Please make sure that the power is disconnected before replacing the oven lamp to avoid
electric shock.
9. Disposal must be carried out in accordance with local environmental regulations for waste
disposal.
10. For more detailed information about treatment, recovery and recycling of this product, please
contact your local authority, your household waste disposal service or the retailer where you
purchased the product.
R eplacing of oven lamp
Di sconnect with power suppl y
Unscrew the glass cover attached to the l amp holder
U nscrew the lamp and replace it with another high-temperature lamp (300°C) wi th the fol lowing
characteristics:
R emount the glass cover and reconnect the appliance to the power supply
W A R NI NG : E nsure that the appli ance is unplugged before replaci ng the lamp to avoid the possibil ity of el ectri c
shock.

T he deep pan and wi red shelf have a si de edge, there edges can match with the sli ding rack on the sides of the cavity.

Safety precauti ons
1. Please use power cable with 10A or above, and please ensure that it is earthed. Do not use any cable with
loose connection to avoid electri c shock or even fire hazard. Do not share the power supply with other
appli ance to avoid overheating.
2. W hen disconnecting the power, please make sure that i t is full y unplugged. Do not l eave the power cable on
the socket. Or it may cause electric shock or short circuit.
3. Do not place the product in water or make i t wet, or it may cause electric shock or short circui t.
4. Do not use power wi th voltage of AC 187-242V or it may cause electric shock or short circui t.
5. Please keep your children away from this product and do not let them play with the product, or it may cause
electric shock or short circuit.
6. T he product can only be repaired by technician from designated service agent. Do not try to open or repair
the unit on your own.
7. I f the product wi ll not be used for a period of time, please disconnect with power supply.
8. I f the power socket is damaged, please contact qualifi ed technician to repair or replace.

I nstallation precaution
1. T he steam oven should be install ed in a positi on which is conveni ence f or operati on, maintenance, and
sui table for repai r.
2. Do not install the steam oven or power cord in a humid place or place wi th water.
3. Please make sure that the power cable i s well earthed.
4. Please do not hold the handle i f you need to lif t up the unit.
5. Please reserve enough space around the oven.
6. W hen the steam oven is i n use, do not touch the steam from the oven to avoi d scald.
7. I f you fit the steam oven i n the cabinet, please make sure that suffi cient space is reserved for ventilati on, or
it may affect the normal operation of the unit. T he rear panel of the cabinet must be removed so that air can
ci rculate freely.
Fitting the appliance
1. For the most effi cient air circulation, the oven should be fitted according to the dimension as below

2. A fter fi tti ng the steam oven in the cabinet, it must be fixed with screw.
I mportant notes
1. I f you want to take out the food from the oven immediately after cooking finish, please use cooking gl oves
or other tools to avoi d scald.
2. T here wil l be water drop from the unit when it is in use, please cl ean them.
3. Do not open the oven door immediately after cooking end to avoid scald by the steam.
4. Do not use water to cl ean the oven, and do not let any petrol oil or other oil material to be in contact wi th
the body of the oven.
5. A lways clean or descale the cavity and food tray or racks.
6. I f the power socket is damaged, to avoid hazard, please contact quali fi ed technici an to replace.
7. A ll the sockets must be earthed.
8. I f the product wi ll not be used for a l ong period of time, please cl ean up the water i n the oven, and
disconnect with power supply.
9. Do not put excess food in the oven, to avoi d uneven steam circul ation in the cavity.
10. I t is recommended to use distilled water or bottled water to steaming.

Quick start
1. A ctivate the steam function
S tep 1 Press ON/OF F button, the control panel wi ll li ghts up, the oven is in standby mode
S tep 2 Press the T imer key twice to enter the cooki ng time, cooking ti me wi ll blink at the lef t bottom of the panel.
S tep 3Press “ + and - to adjust the cooking time.
Press “ OK to confirm
S tep 4L astly, press Start/stop to start cooking
How to use
1. Date/Cooking time/finish time setting. T he sequence of cooki ng tie modes will be displayed in the screen as
bel ow:
1.1 Clock: Press “ Timer” for 2 seconds, then press “ + or - key to adjust the time, press OK to
confi rm
1.2 Alarm clock: Press T i mer , then press +” or - key to adjust the time, press OK to confi rm
1.3 C ooking time: Press T imer twi ce, then press +” or - key to adjust the time, press OK to
confi rm
1.4 Fini sh time: I f you want to set up the fini sh cooking time, press T imer three times to set it. T he
oven wi ll end cooking when the ti me is reached.
2. C ooking F unctions
2.1 Press Program to start operating, continue to press this key to select the function that you desire.
2.2 T emperature can be adjusted by pressi ng “ T emperature” key, press “+” or-“ key to adjust
the temperature, press OK to confi rm. Once the function is selected, press Start/stop” key to start
cooking. Press i t agai n to stop and start cooking.
3. Descaling F uncti on
T ake out the water tank, pour i n the descaling pack add water until it i s half full. Put the water tank in place again.
C lose the door and press P to sel ect to start working. will appear on the display. Descale
unti l the “ si gn appear wi th beep sound.
W hen “ sign appear, take out the water tank again, pour in water unti l it is half ful l, put i t back. C l ose the
door and press again to start the second part of cleaning. Do the same as the above for thi rd time cl eaning.
W hen it fini sh, the descal ing is completed.
4. R apid heating
W hen the setting temperature exceeds 100 degree and the pre-heat function is not fi nished, user can press the
key to start rapid heati ng model. T he display will show the symbol.
5. C hi ld L ock Functi on
Press the “ key for 2 seconds, the oven wi ll be locked. Press it agai n for two seconds, it wil l be unlocked.
6. T emperature S etti ng. In standby mode, press , then press +” or - to set desi red temperature,
press OK to confi rm.
Demo Mode:
In the standby mode, press and hold the start/pause button for 5 seconds. The buzzer will give a short “beepfor 3
times the system will enter the demo mode. The display shows deon top right corner of the display and other
icons are shown as normal
In demo mode, the normal operation of the cooling fan, circulation fan, and lighting work normally and other
output(like grill, steam) are supspended.
To turn off the display, this setting can be saved. The demo mode still works after turn on the display again.
In the off state, the demo mode will be turn off too.
In demo mode, turn off the display to standby mode, press and hold the start/pause key for 5 seconds. The buzzer
will give a short “beepfor 3 times and the system will exit the demo mod

Sel ect the ri ght food container:
Pl ease select the correct container f or dif ferent kind of food. A ll the tray and rack i ncl uded in the oven are heat
resistant. B elow you can find our suggestion:
1. For food such as sweet potatoes, corn, tomato and egg, please place on the steam tray, do not put i t
directly on the metal rack.
2. Food such as seafood, chi cken wings, chicken steak or pumpkin, which can be cooked with sauces, you
can use steam tray.
3. For food such as fi sh, ri bs, whole chi cken or beef, which you do not want to keep the juice or oil, then
you can use gril l rack.

Note: I t has been desi gned to give years of trouble-free use provided i t i s instal led and
maintai ned correctl y. Please disconnect wi th power supply before maintenance.
1. Do not pull the cable to disconnect power.
2. W hen cleaning the cavity, please remove everything in the cavity incl ude the shelves
and use clean cloth to cl ean it.
3. Do not use water to spray on the unit directly. Do not use abrasive material.
4. C avity must be clean every time af ter use, wait until the cavity is ful ly cool down, use
dry cloth to clean the cavity, or keep the oven door oven to let the cavity dry out.
5. I t is recommended to descal e the steam oven once every three months. F or detai ls you
can ref er to the descaling function section.
6. Please clear the water tank regularl y. W hen you clean the water tank. Please remove
the cover and use dry cloth to wi pe it.
T roubleshooting
I f you found the unit operati ng abnormal ly, please stop usi ng it. U nplug the power and follow
the foll owing instruction. Please contact our service center for checking.
