remote control
to control almost all TV sets, satellite
receivers, DVB-Set Top Boxes (STB),
DVD players and recorders, CD players
and other infrared-controllable devices.
1 Important – please read
The Vivanco UR is pre-programmed to
control up to 10 devices, replacing
damaged or lost original remote
controls. It controls the basic functions
of the devices for which it has been set
and is not designed to replace all the
functions of the original remote controls.
In order to be able to control your
devices, you must set the remote control
as described in the section "Code entry".
2 Inserting batteries
Open the battery compartment on the
rear of the UR. Then insert 2 new AAA
alkaline or preloaded long shelf life AAA
rechahrgeable NiMH batteries. Make
sure that the polarity is correct: the "+"
and "-" markings on the batteries and in
the compartment must match. To check
functionality, please look on LCD, if e.g.
a clock time and a device code number
is indicated function is ok.
3 Clock Setting
1. Press SET and PWR button
simultanously and release buttons,
when time indication starts
blinking. See Fig..
2. Key in actual time. After 4
th
digit
the blinking stops and time is set.
4 Code entry
The correct control codes can be set via
direct code entry or automatic code
search.
Direct code entry
Using the enclosed code list, note the
possible codes for the device and the
brand.
To set your TV set, proceed as follows:
1. Using the enclosed code list, find
the codes to control your brand of
television (TV). It is possible that
there are several suitable codes
and you should find out the most
suitable.
2. Switch on a program on your TV.
3. Press the SET button, hold it down
and at the same time press a
device button, e.g. TV*), until the
selected device indication is
displayed and the CODE NO. is
blinking.
4. Then enter one of selected three-
digit codes.
5. When the first and second number
buttons are pressed the blinking
goes on; when the third is
pressed, the selected code is
indicated without blinking..
6. Try out the functions. If everything
is okay, you can set the remote
control as described in steps 1 to
5 for other devices. If it is not
okay, try another code for the
same brand.
The letters on the device buttons
TV1/TV2*), DVD/VCR, DVB1/DVB2*)
SAT1/SAT2*), AUX1/AUX2*) are for
your orientation only. You can set each
type of device under any of the buttons.
If you do not find a suitable code for a
device, look for it using the code search.
*): All device keys can be assigned

5 Apparatstyrning
För att styra en specifik apparat, trycker
du först på en apparatknapp, t.ex. TV för
att styra TV och därefter på de önskade
funktionsknapparna.
Volymstyrning
För vissa apparater utan volymstyrning,
videobandspelare, dvd-spelare osv. kan
du styra volymen för TV-apparaten utan
att först behöva trycka på TV-knappen.

bokse (STB), CD-afspillere og andre
enheder, der kan betjenes via infrarødt

1 Vigtigt – læs venligst
Vivanco UR er forprogrammeret til
betjening af op til 10 apparater som
erstatning for originale fjernbetjeninger,
der er beskadiget eller gået tabt. Den
styrer grundfunktionerne på de
apparater, som den er indstillet til, men
er ikke beregnet til at erstatte samtlige
funktioner på de originale
fjernbetjeninger. Før fjernbetjeningen
kan benyttes, skal den indstilles som
beskrevet i afsnittet “Indtastning af
kode”.
2 Isætning af batterier
Batterirummet på bagsiden af UR-
fjernbetjeningen (se fig.) åbnes, og 2
AAA alkaliske batterier eller foropladede
AAA genopladelige NiMH-batterier med
lang hyldetid sættes i. Tjek for korrekt
polaritet: Batteriets og batterirummets
"+" og "–" markeringer skal svare til
hinanden. Hvis alt er korrekt, viser LDC-
displayet et klokkeslæt og et apparat.
3 Indstilling af ur
1. Tryk samtidig på knapperne SET
og PWR, indtil visningen af
klokkeslættet blinker. Se billede.
2. Slip nu begge taster og indtast det
aktuelle klokkeslæt (ttmm). Efter
indtastning af 4. ciffer holder
visningen af klokkeslættet op med
at blinke, og tiden er indstillet.
4 Indtastning af kode
De rigtige styrekoder kan indstilles ved
direkte indtastning af koden eller findes
ved hjælp af den automatiske
kodesøgning.
Direkte indtastning af kode
Find ved hjælp af medfølgende kodeliste
frem til koderne, der passer til
pågældende apparat og mærke.
For at indstille dit TV-apparat er
fremgangsmåden følgende:
1. Find de koder på medfølgende
kodeliste, der er beregnet til dit
TV-mærke. Hvis der står flere
koder til rådighed, find frem til den,
der passer bedst.
2. Tænd for en vilkårlig TV-kanal.
3. Tryk på SET-knappen, hold den
nede, og tryk samtidigt på en af
apparatknapperne, f.eks. TV*),
indtil kodenummeret (CODE NO.)
blinker.
4. Indtast nu en af de trecifrede
koder.
5. Når der trykkes på 1. og 2.
ciffertast, blinker tallene videre;
efter tryk på 3. ciffertast vises den
indstillede kode uden at blinke.
6. Afprøv funktionen. Hvis alt
fungerer efter hensigten, indstil
fjernbetjeningen iht. pkt. 1-5 til
betjening af yderligere enheder.
Hvis ikke alt virker efter hensigten,
prøv med en anden kode til
samme mærke.

1 De leitura importante
O comando universal da Vivanco está
pré-programado para comandar um
máximo de 10 aparelhos, de forma a
substituir os comandos originais
danificados ou perdidos. Este aparelho
comanda as funções básicas dos
aparelhos para as quais foi configurado,
não tendo sido concebido para substituir
todas as funções dos comandos
originais. Deve configurar o seu
comando tal como é descrito no
parágrafo “Introdução de código”, para
que possa comandar os seus aparelhos.
2 Introduzir as pilhas
Abra o compartimento das pilhas na
parte inferior do comando universal –
ver fig. – e introduza 2 pilhas novas
micro alcalinas ou acumuladores micro
de uso imediato com longa duração de
armazenamento. Tenha atenção à
polaridade: os pólos “+” e “-” das pilhas
devem corresponder às marcações no
compartimento das mesmas. Se tudo
estiver a funcionar devidamente, o visor
LCD indica a hora e um aparelho.
3 Acertar o relógio
1. Prima simultaneamente as teclas
SET e PWR até que a indicação
da hora pisque. Ver fig.
3. A seguir, solte as duas teclas e
introduza a hora actual (hhmm).
Após a introdução do 4.º
algarismo, a indicação deixa de
piscar e a hora fica ajustada.
4 Introdução de código
Os códigos correctos de comando
podem ser configurados através da
introdução directa de código ou podem
ser encontrados através da procura
automática de código.
Introdução directa de código
Com base na lista de códigos fornecida,
anote os códigos correspondentes a
cada aparelho e marca.
Para configurar a sua televisão, proceda
da seguinte forma:
1. Procure na lista de códigos
fornecida os códigos para
comando da sua televisão, tendo
em conta a marca do aparelho. É
possível que funcione mais do que
um código, por isso deve escolher
aquele que funciona melhor.
2. Ligue a sua televisão.
3. Prima a tecla SET, mantenha-a
premida e carregue
simultaneamente numa tecla do
aparelho, por ex. TV*), até número
de código (CODE NO.) piscar.
4. Em seguida, introduza um dos
códigos seleccionados de três
dígitos.
5. Ao premir a primeira e a segunda
tecla de algarismo, o número
continua a piscar. Após o terceiro
algarismo, o código ajustado é
indicado sem piscar.
6. Teste a função. Se estiver bem,
configure o comando de 1. a 5.
para poder comandar vários
aparelhos. Caso não esteja bem,
tente outro código da mesma
marca.
As denominações das teclas dos
aparelhos TV1/TV2*), DVD/VCR*),
DVB1/DVB2*), SAT1/SAT2*),
AUX1/AUX2*) só servem como
orientação, o que significa que pode, em
cada tecla, configurar outro tipo de
aparelho.
Caso não encontre qualquer código que
funcione para um aparelho, procure-o
através da procura de códigos.
*): Todas as teclas de aparelhos podem
ser ocupadas duplamente, de forma a
que possa comandar 10 aparelhos
diferentes. Se premir uma vez uma tecla
de acordo com estas instruções, pode
introduzir um código de aparelho para a
primeira ocupação de tecla, isto é, para
comandar o primeiro aparelho. Se
premir duas vezes uma tecla de

aparelho durante 2 segundos, pode
configurar um segundo aparelho, ou
seja, comandar um segundo aparelho
com a tecla.
Procura de código
Para poder comandar p. ex. uma
televisão:
1. Ligue a sua televisão (na própria
televisão ou com o comando de
televisão original).
2. Prima a tecla SET, mantenha-a
premida e carregue
simultaneamente numa tecla do
aparelho, por ex. TV*), até número
de código (CODE NO.) piscar.
3. Em seguida, volte a premir
brevemente a tecla SET.
4. Prima a tecla PWR aprox. em
cada 2 segundos.
5. Se a televisão se desligar, prima
poucos segundos depois a tecla
do aparelho (TV*) para memorizar
o código encontrado.
6. A indicação pára de piscar e a
procura termina.
7. Teste a função. Se estiver bem,
configure o comando de 1. a 6.
para poder comandar vários
aparelhos. Prima outra tecla do
aparelho em vez da tecla TV*). Se
não estiver bem, continue a
procurar de acordo com 1 a 6.
Procura automática de código
Para poder comandar p. ex. uma
televisão:
1. Ligue a sua televisão (na própria
televisão ou com o comando de
televisão original).
2. Prima a tecla de aparelho com a
qual pretende comandar um
aparelho, p. ex. TV*).
3. Em seguida, prima durante aprox.
5 segundos a tecla SET até
número de código piscar.
4. Solte a tecla SET e aponte com o
comando para o aparelho que
pretende comandar. O comando
universal irá enviar a cada 2
segundos um sinal de teste.
5. Se a televisão se desligar, prima
brevemente a tecla SET para
memorizar o código encontrado.
6. A mudança de números de código
acaba e a procura termina.
7. Teste a função. Se estiver bem,
configure o comando de 1. a 6.
para poder comandar vários
aparelhos. Prima outra tecla do
aparelho em vez da tecla TV*). Se
não estiver bem, continue a
procurar de acordo com 1 a 6.
5 Comando de aparelhos
Para comandar um aparelho especial,
prima de seguida uma tecla de
aparelho, por ex. de TV, para comandar
a televisão e, em seguida, prima as
teclas de função pretendidas.
Controlo do volume
Em determinados aparelhos que não
tenham controlo de volume, como
gravadores de vídeo, DVD, etc., pode
controlar o volume da televisão sem ter
que premir previamente a tecla de TV.
