Attention: to avoid the risk of electric shock, do
not remove the cover. The interior does not contain
any parts that may be repaired by the user. Ask for
assistance to qualified personnel.
Important Warnings
Before using your appliance, read carefully this instrucon manual and keep it in a

Before you start your appliance, and to ensure a correct use, do not use it if:
It has fallen on the ground;
You noce any evidence of damage;

1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables
Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep the cord away
from warm surfaces.
Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.
Take it to the Technical Support Service for replacement.
1.3. Humidity and Water
Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance to become wet
under any circumstances as this may be dangerous. To avoid re hazard or electric
shock do not expose your appliance to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place
your appliance under water (e.g. for cleaning).
1.4. Cleaning
Before cleaning, be sure to switch o the appliance and remove the plug from the
main power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down before cleaning.
To clean the exterior of the product use a dry so cloth only.
1.5. General Precautions
Please follow the instrucons in the user manual which help to properly install
and operate this product and enjoy its advanced features. Please keep the

2. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
General safety
WARNING
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applicaons such as:
sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working environments;
farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residenal type
environments;
bed and breakfast type environments;
catering and similar non-retail applicaons
WARNING
Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a ammable propellant
in this appliance.
WARNING
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the service
agent or a similarly qualied person in order to avoid hazards.

WARNING
Keep the appliance’s venlaon openings, as well as any other vents in the enclosure
or building structure, clear from obstrucon.
WARNING
Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosng process,
other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
WARNING
Do not damage the refrigeraon circuit.
WARNING
Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the unit,
unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.
WARNING
The refrigeraon and insulaon blowing gas are ammable. When disposing of the
appliance, do so only at an authorized waste disposal centre. Do not expose the unit
to ame.
Refrigerant
The refrigerant isobutene (R600a) is contained within the refrigeraon circuit of
the appliance, a natural gas with a high level of environmental compability, which
is nevertheless ammable. During transportaon and installaon of the appliance,
ensure that none of the components of the refrigeraon circuit becomes damaged.
The refrigerant (R600a) is ammable.
Caution: risk of fire
If the refrigeraon circuit should be damaged:
Avoid naked ames and sources of ignion.
Thoroughly venlate the room in which the appliance is located. It is dangerous
to modify the specicaons or alter this product in any way. Any damage to the
cord may cause a short-circuit, re, and/or risk of electrocuon.
Daily use
Do not store ammable gas or liquids in the appliance, there is a risk of explosion.
Do not operate any electrical appliances inside the appliance (i.e. electric ice-
cream makers, blenders, etc.).
When unplugging always pull the plug from the mains socket, do not pull on the
cable.
Do not place hot items near the plasc components of this appliance.
Do not place food products directly against the air outlet on the rear wall.
Store pre-packed frozen food in accordance with the frozen food manufacturers
instrucons.
The appliance manufacturers storage recommendaons should be strictly
complied with. Please refer to the relevant storage instrucons.
Do not place carbonated or zzy drinks in the freezer compartment as this creates
pressure in the container, which may cause it to explode, resulng in damage to
the appliance.

Frozen foods may cause frost burn, if consumed directly from the freezer
compartment.
Do not place the appliance in direct sunlight.
Keep burning candles, lamps and other items naked ames items away from the
appliance, to avoid any risk of seng the appliance on re.
The appliance is intended for keeping food stu and/or beverages in normal
households, as more fully explained in this instrucons manual. The appliance is
heavy. Care should be taken when moving it.
Do not remove or touch items from the freezer compartment if your hands are
damp or wet, as this could cause skin abrasions or frost/freezer burns.
Never use the units base, drawers, doors, etc., to stand on or as supports to
anything.
Frozen food must never be refrozen once it has been defrosted.
Do not consume ice popsicles or ice cubes directly from the freezer, as this may
cause frost burns to the mouth and lips.

Note:
Due to the never-ending modicaon of our products your fridge may be slightly
dierent from this Instrucons Manual, however its funcons and methods of use
remain the same.
REVERSING THE DOOR
The side at which the door opens can be changed from the right side (as supplied) to
the le side, if the installaon site so requires.

Tools you will need:
1. 8mm socket driver and 10mm socket driver
2. Philips screwdriver
3. Puy knife or at-blade screwdriver
4. Monkey wrench
Before you begin, lay the fridge on its back in order to gain access to the base, you
should rest it on so foam packaging or similar material to avoid damaging the cooling
pipes at the rear of the fridge.
1. Remove the four blanking plates from the top of the freezer using a at blade
screwdriver. Remove the screws underneath using a Phillips screwdriver.
2. Use the 8mm socket or spanner to remove the three bolts above the door hinge.
Li o the bracket. Remove the freezer door.

3.Remove the pin from the bracket and replace it into the same hole on the opposite side.
4. Remove the hinge insert plate from the boom of the freezer door. Replace the
plate on the opposite side.
5. Tilt the freezer back, by no more than 45°, to access the boom hinge and feet.
Remove the feet and the bolts securing the right hand hinge plate and le hand xing
plate.
6. Remove the pin from posion 1 and replace it into posion 2. Place the hinge on
the opposite side of the unit, secure it with the three bolts, screw the foot back into
posion.
7. Place the xing plate on the opposite side of the appliance, secure it with the three
bolts, and screw the foot back into posion.

8. If the door seal does not t against the cabinet, on any of the sides, warm the seal
with hot water and pull it into posion. This can be done using a hair dryer however,
care must be taken not to overheat the seal or burn your hands.
Check that the door is aligned horizontally and vercally and that the seal is closed on
all sides before ghtening the hinge bolts. Replace the lid and screws.
Door handle reversal (optional)
Remove the handle covers and screws which x the handle onto the le-hand side of
door, then remove the handle and rotate 180 degrees, posion it onto the right-hand
side, x it using the screws and cover the handle cover.
Warning!
Reposioning. In order to level the appliance, wait for at least two hours and then
connect it to the power socket. In case you do not want to carry out the above
menoned operaons, contact the nearest Aer Sales Service Force. The Aer Sales
Service specialist will carry out the reversibility of the doors at your own expense.
Aer having reversed the opening direcon of the door, check that all screws are
properly ghtened and that the magnec seal adheres to the cabinet.

2.2. Using the Product
Care and cleaning
Before maintenance, switch o the appliance and disconnect the mains plug
from the mains socket.
Do not clean the appliance with metal objects, steam cleaner, ethereal oils,
organic solvents or abrasive cleansers.
Do not use sharp objects to remove frost from the appliance. Use a plasc scraper.
Installation Important!
For electrical connecon carefully, follow the instrucons provided in this manual.
Unpack the appliance and check if there are any damages to it. Do not connect
the appliance if it is damaged. Immediately report possible damages to the place
of purchase, in which case you should retain the packaging.
It is advisable to wait at least four hours before connecng the appliance to allow
the oil to ow back into the compressor.
There should be adequate air circulaon around the appliance, lack of venlaon
may lead to overheang. To achieve sucient venlaon, follow the relevant
installaon instrucons.
Whenever possible, the back of the unit should be at a distance from the wall,
in order to avoid parts (compressor, condenser) from touching, being caught
or becoming overheated. In order to prevent the risk of re, please follow the
relevant installaon instrucons.
The appliance must not be located close to radiators or cookers.
Ensure that the mains plug is accessible following installaon of the appliance
Servicing
Any electrical work required related to product servicing, should be carried out
by a qualied electrician or skilled technician.
This product must be serviced by an authorised Service Centre, and only spare
parts must be used.
> 1) lf the appliance is Frost Free.
> 2) lf the appliance contains a freezer compartment.
CONTROL PANEL
[Key: Cold; Mid; Colder; Alarm; Power; Super; Super Freeze]
The control panel that controls the temperature inside the freezer compartment is
located inside the freezer.
: Eliminate the alarm sound buon.

Alarm: extensive temperature indicator.
Power: electrical power indicator.
Super: Super Freeze indicator.
Super Freeze: Super Freeze buon. SUPER FREEZE (Buon)
SUPER FREEZE (Button)
If you need the temperature inside the freezer to drop quickly, please press this buon
and indicator of super will be on. The unit runs in Super Freezer.
If you need the appliance to stop the Super Freezer mode, please press the Super
Freeze buon again. The super indicator shuts o.
Attention!
In super freeze mode, the freezer will automacally quit super freeze mode aer 24
hours, the super indicator will also shut o.
FREEZER ALARM
If the power to the appliance has been cut for a long me or stopped for any reason,
and the inside temperature has reached an increased temperature (more than 10°C)
then it is working.
When the temperature is more than 10°C, the indicator light begins to ash, and at
the same me, the alarm sounds 3 mes per 10 seconds. Aer 2 minutes, the alarm
will automacally stop, and the excess temperature indicator will be on, but will stop
ashing.
When the temperature is more than 10°C, the excess temperature indicator shuts o.
(buon)
During the freezer alarm, press , the alarm sound will stop and the excess
temperature indicator will be on but not ashing.
Start-up and temperature regulation
Insert the plug of the connecon lead into the plug socket with protecve grounding.
Cold Setting means:
Highest temperature, warmest seng.
Colder Setting means:
Lowest temperature, coldest seng.
Caution when turning!
Please avoid regulang the temperature buon to exceed the posion “Cold” and/or
“Colder.
Important!
Normally we advise you to select the Mid seng, however if wanng the temperature
to be warmer or colder, please turn the knob to the lower or higher seng accordingly.
When you turn the knob to the lower seng, this may lead to a greater energy-saving.
Otherwise, it would result in an increased energy-consumpon.
lmportant! - High ambient temperatures (i.e. on hot summer days) and a cold seng
on the temperature regulator (posion Colder) can cause the compressor to run
connuously or even non-stop!
Reason:
when the ambient temperature is high, the compressor must run connuously to
maintain the low temperature of the appliance.

Cleaning before use
Before using the appliance for the rst me, wash the interior and all internal
accessories with lukewarm water and some neutral soap, in order to remove the
typical smell of a brand new product, then dry thoroughly.
Important!
Do not use detergents or abrasive powders, as these will damage the nish.
Installaon Posioning
Warning!
For your safety and the correct operaon of the appliance, before installing, please
read the instrucons carefully..
Posion the appliance away from sources of heat such as stoves, radiators, direct
sunlight, etc.
Maximum performance and safety are guaranteed by maintaining the correct
indoor temperature for the class of unit concerned, as specied on the rang
plate.
This applicaon performs well from N to ST. The Appliance may not work properly
if it is le for a longer period at a temperature above or below the indicated
range.
Important!
There is a major need for good venlaon around the fridge for easy dissipaon of
heat, high eciency of refrigeraon and low power consumpon. For this reason,
sucient clear space should be available around the fridge. It is advisable that there
be 75mm separang the back of the fridge from the wall, at least 100mm of space
on either side. From the top surface, there should be more than 100mm and there
should be a clear space upfront to allow the doors to open to a 160°-degree angle.
Climate class
Appliances must not be exposed to rain. Sucient air must be circulang in the
lower rear secon of the appliance. Poor air circulaon may aect performance.
Built-in appliances should be posioned away from sources of heat, such as
heaters and direct sunlight.
Levelling
The appliance should be on a levelled surface in order to eliminate vibraon.
To make the appliance level, it should be upright and both adjusters should be
rmly pressed against the oor. You can also adjust the level by screwing out the
appropriate level adjuster at the front (use your ngers or a suitable spanner).

Electrical connection
Caution!
Any electrical work required to install this appliance should be carried out by a
qualied person.

DAILY USE
Accessories 1)
Shelves
The shelves are suitable for storing food.
To remove the shelf: li up at the front and pull out.
To put the shelf back: simply push in as far as it will go.
Freezer Drawer
The drawer is suitable for storing frozen food.
Ice-cube making
This appliance is equipped with one or more trays for making ice-cubes.
Freezing of fresh food 2)
The freezer compartment is suitable for freezing fresh food and storing frozen
and deep-frozen food for a considerable length of me.
The maximum amount of food that can be frozen in 24 hours is specied on the
rang plate, a label located on the inside of the appliance.
The freezing process lasts 24 hours: during this me, do not add other foods to
be frozen.
Storing frozen food 2)
When rst starng-up the appliance or aer a period of being out of use. Before
placing any products inside the compartment unit, allow the appliance to run for
at least 2 hours on the higher sengs.
Important!
In the event of accidental defrosng or when, for example, the power has been o for
longer than the meframe shown in the technical features chart under “rising me”,
the defrosted food must be consumed quickly or cooked immediately and then re-
frozen (aer cooked).
Thawing 2)
Frozen or deep-frozen food may, prior to being used, be thawed in the fridge
compartment or at room temperature, depending on the me available for this
process.
Small pieces may even be cooked directly from the freezer, when sll frozen. In
this case, cooking will take longer.

Important!
In order to make best use of the space inside the fresh food storage compartment
and frozen-food storage compartment, the user can remove one or more shelves or
drawers from the appliance, depending on their daily use.
In order to save energy, do not take the boom freezer drawer out. 3)

HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS
Noises during Operation
The following noises are characterisc to refrigeraon units:
Clicks Whenever the compressor switches on or o, a click can be heard.
Humming As soon as the compressor is in operaon, one can hear it humming.
Bubbling When refrigerant ows into the ne tubes, one can hear bubbling or
splashing noises.
Splashing Even aer the compressor has been switched o, this noise can sll be
heard for a short me.
Energy saving tips
Do not install the appliance near cookers, radiators or other sources of heat
Do not open the door too oen or leave it open for any longer than necessary.
Do not set the temperature to any colder than necessary.
Ensure the side plates and back plate of the appliance are at a distance from the
wall, follow the relevant installaon instrucons.
If the sketch map shows the right combinaon of drawers, crisper box and shelves,
do not adjust the combinaon, it would result in greater energy-consumpon.
Hints for fresh food refrigeration
To obtain the best performances:
Do not store warm foods or evaporang liquids in the appliance.
Do cover or wrap food, parcularly if it has a strong avour.
Posion food so that air can freely circulate around it.
Hints for freezing
To help you make the most of the freezing process, here are some important hints:
The maximum quanty of food that can be frozen in 24 hours is shown on the
rang plate.
The freezing process takes 24 hours. No further food to be frozen should be added
during this period.
Only freeze top quality, fresh and thoroughly cleaned foodstus.
Prepare food in small porons to enable it to be rapidly and completely frozen
and also to make it possible to later thaw only the required quanty.
Wrap up the food in aluminium foil or polythene bags and ensure that packages
are fully airght;
Do not allow fresh, unfrozen food to touch food which has already been frozen,
thus avoiding a rise in temperature of the laer.

Lean foods store beer and longer than fay ones; salt reduces the storage life
of food.
Water ices, if consumed immediately aer removal from the freezer compartment,
can possibly cause the skin to be freeze burnt.
It is advisable to show the date of freezing on each individual pack, so as to enable
you to keep tab of the length of storage.
Hints for storing frozen food
To obtain the best performance from this appliance, one should observe the following:
Ensure that the commercially frozen foodstus were stored by the retailer
Ensure that frozen foodstus are transferred from the food store to the freezer in
the shortest possible me
Avoid opening the door or leaving it open for longer than absolutely necessary.
Once defrosted, foods deteriorate rapidly and cannot be re-frozen.
Do not exceed the storage period indicated by the food manufacturer.

2.3. Maintenance
Cleaning and Care
For hygienic reasons the interior of the fridge, including its accessories, should be
cleaned regularly.
The appliance should be cleaned and maintained at least every couple of months.
Warning!
Danger of electrical shock!
The appliance should not be connected to the mains during cleaning. Before
cleaning switch o the appliance and remove the plug from the socket, switch o
the circuit breaker or remove the fuse.
Important!
Remove the food from the appliance before cleaning. Store the food well-covered
and in a cool place.
Never clean the appliance using a steam cleaner. Moisture could accumulate in
the electrical components.
Hot vapours may lead to the damage of plasc parts.
Ethereal oils and organic solvents may cause damage to plasc parts, i.e. lemon
juice or the juice from an orange peel, butyric acid, cleansers that contain acec
acid. Do not allow such substances to come into contact with the appliance parts.
Do not use any abrasive cleansers.
Clean the appliance and the interior accessories with a damp using lukewarm
water. Commercially available dish washing detergents may also be used.
Aer cleaning, wipe down with fresh water using a clean cloth.

Check the water drain hole on the rear wall of the fridge compartment.
To assist with clearing any blocked drain hole, try using something like a so peg,
taking care not to make any damage to the compartment unit with any sharp
objects.
Aer everything is dry place appliance back into operaon.
Defrosting
The compartment of this appliance is “frost free”.
This means that there is no build-up of frost when it is running, neither on the
internal walls nor on foods.
The absence of frost is due to the ongoing circulaon of cold air inside the
compartment, driven by an automacally controlled fan.
Going out of use for a long time
Remove all refrigerated packages.
Remove the mains plug, switch o or disconnect the electric power supply.
Clean thoroughly (see secon: Cleaning and Care)
Leave the door open to avoid the build-up of odours.
2.4. Troubleshooting
Warning!
Before trouble shoong, disconnect the power supply. Only a qualied electrician or a
skilled technician must carry out troubleshoong that is not in the manual.
Important! There are some sounds during normal use (compressor, refrigerant
circulaon)
Important!
Repairs to fridge/freezers may only be carried out by qualied service technicians.
Inadequate repairs may lead to signicant hazards for the user. If your appliance needs
repairing, please contact your specialist dealer or your local Service Centre.

3. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Electrical safety
1. The power cord must not be lengthened.
2. Ensure that the power plug is not crushed or damaged. A crushed or damaged
power plug may overheat and cause a re.
3. Ensure that you can access the main plug of the appliance.
4. Do not pull the main cable.
5. If the power plug socket is loose, do not insert the power plug. There is a risk of
electric shock or re.
6. You must not operate the appliance without the interior lighng lamp cover.
7. The fridge comes equipped with a single phase power supply with alternang current
of 220~240V/50Hz. If there is any uctuaon in the voltage within the area where the
user and/or appliance is based, and if that voltage exceeds the above scope, for safety
purposes, be sure to apply A.C. Automac voltage regulator of more than 350W to the
fridge. The fridge must employ a special power socket instead of one common to most
electrical appliances. The plug must match the socket with ground wiring.

However, if a problem occurs do not aempt to open the appliance - there is a risk of
electrical shock. If you are not able to solve the problem, please contact the Costumer
Support Service of any Worten, Modelo or Connente store in order to be assisted.
Worten Equipamentos para o Lar provides a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects
from the date of purchase of the appliance.
WARNING:
Any aempt to repair the appliance without contacng the manufacturer or seller will
void the warranty.
All users must be familiar with these instrucons. Knowing what could go wrong can
help prevent problems from occurring.
5. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

liming it to three easily sorted materials: cardboard, paper and plasc. The appliance is
manufactured using recyclable materials aer disassembled by a specialized company.
Please comply with local regulaons concerning the recycling of all materials.
