There is a risk of electric shock if live connections are touched and
the electrical and mechanical structure is changed.
Risk of injury if batteries are improperly handled
WARNING
Keep batteries out of the reach of children. Children might put
batteries into their mouth and swallow them. If a battery has been
swallowed, seek medical assistance IMMEDIATELY.
Do not throw batteries into a re. Never subject batteries to high
temperatures.
Risk of explosion! Do not charge batteries unless they are explicitly
labelled as “rechargeable”.
• Do not open the batteries or short-circuit them.
Do not mix dierent types of batteries. Due to increased risk of
leakage, empty batteries should be removed. The batteries should
also be removed from the remote control if it is not being used for
long periods of time.
Battery acid leaking from a battery can cause skin irritation. In the
event of contact with the skin, rinse with plenty of water. If the liquid
comes into contact with your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water, do not
rub and consult a doctor immediately.
When handling leaking batteries, always use coated gloves and
protective goggles!

- 1 convection heater
- 1 remote control
- 1 button cell
- 2 feet
- 4 screws for the feet
- These operating instructions
Remove all packaging materials and all transport locks from the
convection heater.
Before connecting the convection heater, compare the connection
data (voltage and frequency) on the rating plate with that of your
mains power supply. These data must match so that no damages are
sustained by the convection heater.
Ensure that the mains power cable is not damaged and is not running
over hot surfaces and/or sharp edges.
• Ensure that the mains power cable is not taut or knotted.
NOTE
If possible, keep the appliance’s original packaging for the warranty

could be a heat build-up in the convection heater.
Do not place the convection heater in a hot, wet or extremely moist
environment or near ammable materials.
The mains power socket must be easily accessible so that the power
cable can be easily disconnected in an emergency.
Ambient temperature range: 0 to +40 °C

The temperature measurement is made by the temperature sensor (7.).
It may take some time until a whole room has reached this
temperature.
- Press the (23.) or (28.) buttons to select the unit of measure,
to select whether the temperature display uses ° C or ° F.
The selected unit of measurement (13.) is shown on the display (2.).
- Press the “Increase temperature” button, (15.) or (32.), to increase
the target temperature (19.) up to a maximum of 37° C (99 °F).
The selected target temperature (19.) is shown on the display (2.).

the target temperature (19.) down to a minimum of 5 ° C (41 ° F).
The selected target temperature (19.) is shown on the display (2.).
Select heat setting
The heat setting determines how quickly the convection heater warms up.
The convection heater has three heat settings:
• Level 1: 1 000 watts
• Level 2: 1 300 watts
• Level 3: 2 300 watts
To select the heat setting press the buttons (24.) or (26.) repeatedly
until the desired heat setting has been set.
The selected heat setting (10.) is shown on the display (2.).
Switch On the fan
The convection heater has a fan which can be used to distribute heated
air throughout the room more quickly.
Press the fan button (14.) or (27.) to switch the fan On or O. If the

Overheating protection
The convection heater is tted with a thermostat-controlled overheating
protector. If it the convection heater becomes too hot internally, the
heating element switches O automatically. As soon as it has cooled
down, the heating element switches back On.
WARNING
As a general rule, there is a reason for overheating! It can mean a risk of re!
Check if the convection heater can dissipate the heat generated: is it
covered or too close to a wall or other obstacle? Is the fan blocked?
Check that neither the air inlet (5.) nor the air outlet (3.) are blocked
and remove the cause.
If possible, eliminate the problem or contact the Customer Support
Service
