Diese Betriebsanleitung gilt für das Ladegerät LG 4A.

Nur qualifiziertes Personal darf das Ladegerät handha-

ben.

WARNUNG Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinwei-

se und Anweisungen. Versäumnisse bei der Ein-

haltung der Sicherheitshinweise und Anweisungen

können elektrischen Schlag, Brand und/oder schwere Ver-

letzungen verursachen zur Folge haben.

Bewahren Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und Anwei-

sungen für die Zukunft auf.

Ladegerät vor Nässe schützen. Keine defekten

oder beschädigten Ladegeräte verwenden. Ladegerät

nicht öffnen oder zerlegen.

1.2 Bestimmungsgemässe Verwendung

Das Ladegerät darf ausschliesslich zum Laden von SUH-

NER Akku Packs verwendet werden.

1.3 nicht Bestimmungsgemässe Verwendung

Alle andern als unter Pkt. 1.2 beschriebenen Ver-

wendungen gelten als nicht bestimmungsgemäs-

se Verwendung und sind deshalb nicht zulässig.

2.1 Vor der inBetrieBnAhme

3.1 AKKu PAcK

Akku Pack in das Ladegerät in die dafür vorgesehene

Schiene stecken bis es hörbar einrastet.

Der Ladestatus wird während des Ladevorganges mit

den Kontrollleuchten wie folgt angezeigt:

2 Kontrollleuchten blinken, 1 Kontrollleuchte ist aktiv: Der

Ladevorgang ist aktiv. Der Ladestatus liegt unter 50%.

1 Kontrollleuchte blinkt, 2 Kontrollleuchten sind aktiv: Der

Ladevorgang ist aktiv. Der Ladestatus liegt über 50%.

Alle Kontrollleuchten sind aktiv: Der Ladestatus beträgt

100%. Die Erhaltungsladung ist aktiv.

Alle Kontrollleuchten blinken: Der Ladevorgang ist nicht

aktiv. Die Temperatur des Akku Packs ist zu hoch.

Das Akku Pack entfernen und während 15-30 Minuten ab-

kühlen lassen.

2 Kontrollleuchten blinken, 1 Kontrollleuchte ist nicht aktiv:

Das Akku Pack ist defekt. Es ist unverzüglich aus dem La-

degerät zu entfernen und von einer autorisierten SUHNER

Kundendienststelle prüfen zu lassen.

4. INSTaNDhaLTuNg / waRTuNg

4.1 rePArAtur

Sollte das Ladegerät trotz sorgfältiger Herstellungs- und

Prüfverfahren einmal ausfallen, ist die Reparatur von einer

autorisierten SUHNER Kundendienststelle ausführen zu

lassen. Wenn ein Ersatz der Anschlussleitung erforder-

lich ist, dann ist dies vom Hersteller oder seinem Vertreter

auszuführen, um Sicherheitsgefährdung zu vermeiden.

4.2 gArAntieleistung

Für Schäden/Folgeschäden wegen unsachgemässer

Behandlung, nicht bestimmungsgemässer Verwendung,

nicht Einhalten der Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsvor-

schriften sowie Handhabung durch nicht autorisierte Per-

sonen besteht kein Anspruch auf Garantieleistung. Be-

anstandungen können nur anerkannt werden, wenn das

Ladegerät unzerlegt zurückgesandt wird.

4.3 lAgerung

Temperaturbereich: -15°C bis +50°C

Max. relative Luftfeuchtigkeit: 90% bei +30°C, 65% bei

+50°C

4.4 entsorgung / umweltVerträglichKeit

Das Ladegerät besteht aus Materialien, die einem Re-

cylingprozess zugeführt werden können.

Ladegerät vor der Entsorgung unbrauchbar machen.

Ladegerät nicht in den Müll werfen.

Gemäss nationalen Vorschriften muss dieses La-

degerät einer umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zuge-

Ce mode d’emploi est valable pour le chargeur LG 4A.

geur.

Le chargeur doit être utilisé exclusivement pour charger

les blocs batterie SUHNER.

1.3 utilisAtion contrAire à lA destinAtion

Toutes les applications autres que celles décrites

au point 1.2 sont à considérer comme contraires à

Contrôler la tension du réseau. La

tension de la source doit corres-

pondre avec les indications de la

fiche signalétique. Respecter les prescrip-

tions spécifiques au pays.

2.2 mise en serVice

Brancher le câble réseau sur le chargeur et le brancher

dans la prise électrique.

Tous les voyants de contrôle s‘allument en continu pen-

dant 2 secondes. Le chargeur est prêt à l‘emploi.

3. uTILISaTIoN / ExPLoITaTIoN

3.1 Bloc BAtterie

Insérer le bloc batterie dans le chargeur dans le rail prévu

à cet effet jusqu‘à ce qu‘il s‘enclenche de façon audible.

L‘état de charge est indiqué à l‘aide des voyants de

contrôle pendant le processus de charge comme suit :

2 voyants de contrôle clignotent, 1 voyant de contrôle est

actif : Le processus de charge est actif. L‘état de charge

est inférieur à 50 %.

1 voyant de contrôle clignote, 2 voyants de contrôle sont

actifs : Le processus de charge est actif. L‘état de charge

est supérieur à 50 %.

Tous les voyants de contrôle sont actifs : L‘état de charge

est de 100 %. La charge de maintien est active.

Tous les voyants de contrôle clignotent : Le processus de

charge n‘est pas actif. La température du bloc batterie est

trop élevée.

Retirer le bloc batterie et le laisser refroidir pendant 15 à

30 minutes.

2 voyants de contrôle clignotent, 1 voyant de contrôle

n‘est pas actif : Le bloc batterie est défectueux. Il doit être

retiré immédiatement du chargeur et contrôlé par un ser-

vice après-vente SUHNER agréé.

4. maINTENaNCE / ENTRETIEN

4.1 réPArAtion

Si le chargeur devait présenter un défaut malgré des

processus de fabrication et de contrôles rigoureux, il y

a lieu de faire exécuter la remise en état par un atelier de

service à la clientèle agrée par SUHNER. Si le câble de

raccordement doit être remplacé, cette opération doit être

effectuée par le fabricant ou son représentant afin de ne

pas compromettre la sécurité.

4.2 PrestAtion de gArAntie

Pour des dégâts et dégâts consécutifs résultants d’un

traitement inadéquat, d’une utilisation non conforme à la

destination, du non respect des prescriptions de main-

tenance et d’entretien, ainsi que de la manutention par

du personnel non autorisé, il n’existe aucune prétention

de garantie. Des réclamations ne peuvent être reconnues

que si le chargeur est retournée non démontée.
